This local oversight keeps El Paso Texas REALTORS® directly accountable to the individual consumers they serve. Real estate licensees, who are not El Paso Texas REALTORS®, work solely under state/provincial licensing regulations.

El Paso Texas REALTORS® Lower Your Risk. When you have a El Paso Texas REALTOR® as an advocate, you share some of the risk of home buying, if not, caveat emptor (buyer beware). You are paying the agent to assist you, advise you, and help you navigate the transaction legally and safely. Your agent will make sure you take appropriate steps to protect yourself. If your agent suggests that you get a structural inspection, do so for your own protection.
